Spotlight on Our Cape Libraries
Libraries are not just a resource for books and periodicals, they are an event space where communities can gather and celebrate local artists. Considered a "Third Space" where the public is welcome to attend free educational talks, book groups, art exhibits, and concerts. ArtsLight visited these enrichment zones to give you a glimpse into a less known side of your local libraries.
